Deus in adjiutorium meum means,
Domine ad adjuvantm me festina
Glory,
etc.
Always praised is the SS. Name of Jesus, Joseph and Mary.
Then the following prayer is recited:

Preparatory prayer. – I JOIN all the Saints who are in heaven, all the righteous who are on earth, all the faithful souls who are in this place. I join you, my Jesus, in praise of your most holy Mother, and thus also praise you in it and for it. I renounce all the distractions that will come to me during this Rosary, which I intend to recite with recollection, modesty and devotion, as if it were the last of my life. So be it.

So it sets out the mystery

Note.Since the dozens of the Rosary are separable, one can insert, depending on the particular divotions, the prayers or jaculatories that you want after the Glory. For example: O Mary, conceived without sin, etc. or the one that Our Lady herself appeared in Fatima taught to the three little shepherds and recommended to recite after the Glory in the Rosaries:

0 my Jesus, forgive us our sins, preserve us from the fire of hell, and raise the souls of Purgatory, especially the most abandoned.
