The premise:
This scheme of recitation of the Holy Rosary refers to the traditional one which includes three main Mysteries: Joyful, Sorrowful and Glorious. As already indicated by the Blessed Great Dane of the Rupee, the number of 15 Pater Noster and 150 Marie Ave contained in the Salterium of Jesus and Mary,is not random, but underpes a precise inner order. In fact, says the Blessed, “This number is not due to superstition, but emulates the Salterium of the Church[1], which has the same number of Psalms.” Among the 8 reasons he explains why this issue is why we mention two:
“II. PROFETIC REASON: since Christ (Jesus) and Holy Mary were prophesied in the Psasiery of David with so many Virtues and excellent Heights (always exalted by the Holy Fathers), how many are the Hail Marys to be honored (in the Rosary).
Iii. MYSTIC RAGIONE: The number 150 holds a mystery that is repeatedly found, both in the measures of the Ark, the Tabernacle of Moses and the Temple of Solomon, and in the measurements of the new facade of the Temple, which Ezekiel had in a divine Vision. Well, the ancient number (150) foreshadowed a future reality, and it was necessary that a sacred and biblical number, (foreshadowed) rightly a sacred and biblical reality. Thus, (the Rosary), the Salterio of Jesus and Mary, encloses, now unveiled, the number (150), foreshadowed (in the Salterio) of David.” [2] [2]
For the practice of the Perpetual Rosary of EXURGE CHRISTIANITAS it is advisable to adopt this scheme while not constituting this an obligation.

Inner dispositions in the recitation of the Holy Rosary
From the book of Blessed Bartolo Longo: The Meditation of Mysteries can be done in two ways. Some, and they are most, consider a little the Mystery that runs, giving a look and a loving thought, or painful, to Mary, to the Passion, to the Plagues of Jesus Christ etc., and then they pass to Pater Noster and in the profphers wait to make those petitions with consideration and affection, and so again in saying the Hail Mary.
Others stop to contemplate the Mystery before or after the decade, and speak to God with their hearts, occupying the intellect to think and reflect, and igniting the will to holy acts, affections and resolutions.
In general, we must always mind what is said, intending to speak with God and with Mary SS.
Language: English vs Latin
The language in which to recite the Pater, Ave, Gloria, Salve Regina and Litanie, can be Italian and Latin at the choice of the speaker. For those who regularly participate in the prayer chain, the occasional use of Latin is encouraged.
The Holy Rosary begins
Sign of the cross: in nomine Patris et Filii et Spiritus Sancti. Amen.

- He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and was born of the Virgin Mary.
- He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.
- He descended to the dead. On the third day He rose again.

- He will come again to judge the living and the dead.
- I believe in the Holy Spirit,
- The Holy Catholic Church, the Communion of Saints,
- the forgiveness of sins,
- the resurrection of the body,
- and life everlasting. So be it.
